This is where you can find our official recommendation document. (Previously, this page had draft recommendations; hence the name of this page.)
The official recommendation of the group, released June 2008, is now available here. It will also be posted on the Digital Library Federation website, at diglib.org

This draft has been revised in response to the Berkeley Accord and comments and discussions in various forums. In this draft, we give detailed specifications of functions and bindings for the Berkeley Accord functions (known as the "Basic Discovery Interfaces" or "Level 1" interoperability profile), and also give recommendations (at somewhat less detail) for other functions representing higher levels of interoperability.
We encourage interested parties to build on, refine, and implement these recommendations.
